The
14th Pulp and Paper Fundamental Research Symposium took place at St. Anne’s College,
Oxford between 13 and 18 September 2009 and was attended by 120 delegates.
The symposium title was “Advances in Pulp and Paper Research, Oxford 2009”. The
programme consisted of 34 research articles and 6 invited reviews presented
over 8 sessions: 1.

Paper chemistry 8.
Coating and printing The
discussion of each paper has been fully transcribed and will be published in
a third volume early in 2010. When Volume 3 is mailed to delegates, they will
receive also a CD providing the full proceedings of the symposium, including
the discussion. The
